- A hearing-aid user needs cleaning, repair, programming, or a second opinion.
- A homebound adult cannot easily travel to a clinic.
- A senior community needs on-site hearing services, resident screening, or education.
- An employer needs occupational testing, hearing conservation support, or mobile services.
Services Available

When Medical Follow-Up Is Appropriate
We do not treat ear disease. Sudden hearing change, major asymmetry, drainage, pain, unexplained dizziness, visible abnormality, or other concerning findings may require evaluation by an appropriate medical provider. Our process includes recognizing when a hearing-care visit should pause and a medical referral should be recommended.

Senior Communities and Homebound Adults
Our mobile program supports residents who have difficulty traveling, families managing hearing care from a distance, and communities that want organized service days. Services may include cleaning, repair coordination, adjustments, screenings, family education, and hearing-aid support.

Occupational and Public-Safety Referrals
We also work with employers and agencies that need baseline or annual audiograms, pre-employment testing, fit-for-duty hearing evaluations, mobile workplace testing, industrial hearing protection, or public-safety hearing services. The reason for the referral should be clearly stated before scheduling.
