They are absolutely a blessing! My son suffers from hearing loss and had to wear bulky h/a for years from CHOA and he hated to wear them and refused to wear them.Our school recommended Hearing Factory because they have much smaller hearing aids and once my son place them in his ears, he immediately started smiling!!!!! What a blessing! I’m so thankful for all the help they gave to my son. And the personal help & attention you get from the specialist and staff is spectacular. I’m above and beyond appreciative!
Truly an amazing experience! Be patient if you have an appointment because the wait is worth it. Gwen spent significant time with my Aunt who is suffering from early stages of onset dementia. Gwen is certified for Alzheimer’s and dementia care and her patience, caring and knowledge are the best we found while shopping for hearing aids. We will never forget how she helped us and her services are available in store or over FaceTime for any adjustment or questions about the aids or services available. Second time rating the place. Honestly Gwen went above and beyond to make us feel better and at home. It took years trying to convince my dad to get his ears check. And he finally did. Gwen it’s an amazing person, that’s serious about what she’s doing. She’s makes time to get to know her patients. I love that she has a multicultural clientele and understand Spanish. My dad doesn’t really speak a lot of English and she explained to him how the test was going to go and how the hearing aids work very well to him. Honestly 100 of 100 if I could rate it that high. We will be recommended this place to many of our friends and their family for years to come.
I found this place entirely by chance. I went in and she was able to accommodate me on short notice and then supply me with a hearing aid set to meet my needs with all the bells and whistles. After the hearing test, programming and fitting I left experiencing sounds I have not heard in quite a while. I definitely love the follow-up appointments where extra attention was paid to clean and fine tune the aids even better!It has now been quite a while since my initial evaluation. I continue to receive great service and products. Alas she cannot stop the hearing loss but she does provide the next best thing in helping you to recover the sounds you miss!

Gwen is amazing! I have was told that I needed to get surgery to have a hearing aid implanted after having a tumor removed from my head. After visiting Gwen, she worked with me and did some tests and help found a solution to help my hearing advance to a comfortable level. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her more than she knows. Anytime I need her assistance, she has never disappointed me with a response or quick action. You get what you pay for and Gwen was definitely a great investment!
This is a family business and everyone is onboard – educated about hearing deficits, treatment and products and the most up-to-date technology. My experience with them covers about two years of very personalized service, including initial assessment in my home, followup appointments at the store in Sugarloaf, and an excellent staff-client relationship which is more like a friendship. Gwen and her family are patient, kind and compassionate. Most important: they know their business.

I have severe hearing loss. I have been to many places for hearing aids over the years but walking into Sugarloaf Hearing Aid Factory was the best thing i did 5yrs ago. I been coming to Gwen ever since then. The customer service and the way she cares about her patients is unmatched. Gwen even motivates me as she completely understands what her customers experience from hearing loss. I would give them a 10 star if that was an option.❤️
The person in charge, Gwen, was highly informed about hearing and esp its impact on brain function. She is very smart and focused, yet also personable w some sense of humor.Different members of her family work with her and they are all supportive of each other to make the group function as well as it does.Her daughter Trinity is also both very knowledgable as well as compassionate.I Their hearing aids are incredibly good ones, are so comfortable you don’t know they’re there and no one else does either; they are very easy to use and charge overnight.Gwen is accessible and remains in constant support while you have the hearing aids.
