Corrections Policy
Hearing Aid Factory Outlet works to keep BestHearingAids.com accurate, clear, and current. Hearing-aid products, apps, compatibility, insurance details, clinical recommendations, and local services can change. When we identify a meaningful error, we correct it promptly.
What We Correct
- Incorrect product names or discontinued-model references
- Outdated battery, connectivity, app, or accessory information
- Broken or incorrect internal links
- Inaccurate descriptions of our services, hours, credentials, or location
- Clinical wording that is misleading, incomplete, or too absolute
- Formatting errors that change meaning
How to Report an Error
Contact us with the page title or URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and any supporting source. For manufacturer information, an official product page, compatibility list, manual, or technical document is especially helpful.
How We Review Reports
We compare the concern with current primary sources and, when appropriate, review it with Gwen Cantrell, BC-HIS. We may also contact a manufacturer or other authoritative source when published information is unclear.
Minor and Material Corrections
Typographical, punctuation, and formatting errors may be corrected without a public notice when they do not change meaning. Material errors affecting product selection, safety, medical referral, pricing, credentials, or service availability receive priority and may include an explanatory update.
Product Information Changes
A page may have been accurate when written but later become outdated because a manufacturer changed a model, app, feature, or compatibility requirement. We treat those updates differently from factual errors but still revise the page when the change is relevant to readers.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
Differences of opinion, individual hearing-aid preferences, and personal outcomes are not automatically factual errors. We will still review claims that appear unfair, misleading, or unsupported.
