Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid on Signia’s new Multi-adaptive Xperience platform — what Signia describes as a multi-dimensional AI platform with four deep neural networks. It’s the biggest leap Signia has made in years, and Gwen fits it now.

Our Signia Story
Signia has been part of our practice since the days it was still called Siemens Hearing Instruments — and Gwen has fit Signia through every generation since. That history matters, because it means she’s seen how the technology actually performs over years of real-world wear, not just in a launch presentation.
Her favorite part of the Signia story is the own-voice story. For years, one of the hardest complaints to solve was a patient’s own voice sounding wrong — boomy, tinny, echoing. Signia attacked that problem earlier and harder than anyone, and the new MaX generation’s dedicated own-voice AI network is the payoff of a decade of work.
