A complete hearing-care partnership for senior and 50+ communities
Hearing Aid Factory Outlet works with senior living, independent living, assisted living, memory-care, retirement, active-adult, 50+ and 55+ communities throughout Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta.
Care is led by Gwen Cantrell, BC-HIS, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Her additional training supports clear communication, appropriate appointment pacing, caregiver involvement and practical hearing-care routines for residents experiencing memory or cognitive changes. It does not replace medical evaluation or dementia care. Learn about Gwen’s dementia-care training.
Communities can arrange individual resident care, recurring hearing-aid service days, resident screenings, complimentary Lunch and Learns, educational seminars, community events and mobile-unit visits.

A resident, family member, caregiver or authorized staff member can request individual mobile hearing care without arranging a community-wide event.
Programs for the community
Community directors and staff can request a service day, screening event, Lunch and Learn, seminar, health fair or recurring partnership.

Built around the community’s needs
The most useful arrangement may be a resident service day, education program, screening event, individual mobile appointment or a combination. We review the location, audience, available space, requested services and schedule before confirming the program.
